The Internal & External Support Department is responsible for managing and coordinating all business operations for BDPA Cincinnati Chapter. This Department’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following areas:

- Policy/Procedures
- Addresses Voice Mailbox Inquiries
- Bylaws
- External Auditing
- Elections
- Parliamentary Procedures
- Legal Services
- Insurance
- Chapter Office Management

Conference Administration
The Conference Administration Department is responsible for promoting and coordinating local participation and registration for the National Conference.

Special Interest Groups (SIG)
Special Interest Groups (SIGs) are established to facilitate and develop relationships between the entrepreneurial and small business membership of the Cincinnati BDPA Chapter and the BDPA Business Partner Community.
Business partners are those entities representing larger corporations, government agencies and educational institutions that have aligned themselves with the Cincinnati Chapter of BDPA.

This mission is accomplished through the following resources, activities and programs:

- Entrepreneurial database for BDPA Business Members or Partners
- Establish contacts and liaisons within the major institutions for small business members.
