Chapter. This is accomplished through the following

Recruitment & Retention
Department The primary goal and objective of the
Recruitment & Retention Department is to increase the
membership of BDPA Cincinnati Chapter. The Membership Team
achieves that goal by focusing on the following areas and
providing the necessary membership support services:

Member Orientation - Membership Retention - Membership

Management Department provides the services necessary to
maintain and facilitate communication with its’ membership and
