  BDPA provides an environment that fosters leadership participation and
  development of self motivated and dedicated BDPA members, willing to
  participate in community programs and collaborative ventures.
  
  BDPA continues to develop and enhance programs & services to ensure that
  volunteers are supported in their efforts and growth as they contribute
  to BDPA. The volunteers are the key component of BDPA’s success.
  
  BDPA is dedicated to ensuring that its volunteers have opportunities to
  learn, share ideals and develop new skills through their participation in
